  • Access Data FTK 3.1.1 released
    Access Data has released version 3.1.1 of their Forensic Toolkit. Forensic Toolkit offers features for interpreting OS X data not found in other products running on the Windows OS. Version 3.1.1 notable features for Macintosh examiners include H.264 support, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) during preprocessing, and custom data carvers.

  • F-Response TACTICAL Updated
    F-Response TACTICAL has been updated to version 3.09.07 which includes several new features. Notable enhancements include all versions having physical memory access for both 32 and 64 bit Windows environments, streamlined F-Response Scripting Object, and a new F-Response Linux boot CD.

  • F-Response Training Videos
    F-Response has released a series of training videos including videos on Apple/Macintosh digital forensics. The videos can be found here and should be useful to anyone using the product.
